1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using M.S. Qasim Construction's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

M.S. Qasim Construction provides construction and contracting services including but not limited to:

• Residential construction
• Commercial construction
• Renovations and remodeling
• Project management
• Consultation services

3. Project Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are:

• Based on the information provided at the time of the quote
• Valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
• Subject to change if project scope or specifications change
• Not binding until a formal contract is signed by both parties

4. Contracts and Agreements

All construction projects require a written contract that will include:

• Detailed project scope and specifications
• Project timeline and milestones
• Total cost and payment schedule
• Terms and conditions specific to the project
• Warranties and guarantees

5. Payment Terms

Payment Schedule

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are as follows:

• Initial deposit: 30% upon contract signing
• Progress payments: As specified in the contract
• Final payment: Upon project completion and approval

Late Payments

Late payments may result in work stoppage and may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts.

6. Changes and Modifications

Any changes to the project scope must be:

• Requested in writing
• Assessed for impact on timeline and cost
• Approved by both parties before implementation
• Documented through a change order

7. Project Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Weather conditions
• Acts of God or force majeure
• Client-requested changes
• Unavailability of materials or supplies
• Government regulations or permit delays
• Unforeseen site conditions

8. Warranties

Workmanship Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for a period specified in the project contract, typically 1 year from project completion.

Materials

Materials are covered by manufacturer warranties. We will assist in warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer defects.

9. Liability and Insurance

M.S. Qasim Construction maintains appropriate insurance coverage. Our liability is limited to the contract value of the project. We are not liable for:

• Consequential or indirect damages
• Delays beyond our control
• Existing conditions not disclosed prior to contract
• Third-party actions or negligence

10. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate project information and requirements
• Obtaining necessary permits and approvals (unless contracted to us)
• Ensuring site access for workers and materials
• Making timely decisions to avoid project delays
• Securing personal property and valuables on-site

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract under specific conditions outlined in the project contract. Termination will result in:

• Payment for all work completed to date
• Payment for materials ordered or purchased
• Reasonable termination fees as specified in the contract

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between parties
• Mediation, if negotiation fails
• Arbitration or legal action as a last resort

All disputes will be governed by the laws of Pakistan.

13. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and documentation created by M.S. Qasim Construction remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in the contract.

14. Photography and Marketing

We reserve the right to photograph completed projects for marketing purposes unless the client objects in writing.

15. Compliance and Certifications

M.S. Qasim Construction is registered with:

• Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)
• Federal Board of Revenue (FBR)

All work is performed in compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
